To use Supp!, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from our platform

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

One Account: You may only maintain one active account at a time.

You agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Solicit money or engage in commercial activities
• Use automated systems or bots
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Our service uses AI to generate persona profiles and compatibility insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for making relationship decisions. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI analysis.

When using our date proposal feature, you agree to act in good faith. Repeatedly proposing dates without intent to follow through may result in account restrictions. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.

Supp! and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through Account Settings.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any relationship will be successful. We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supp! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Supp! after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.
